Looker Retreat - Rates and Policies

Our rates for a Weekend are $75 a night, that is Friday and Saturday

Weekday rates are $45 a night Sunday night thru Thursday night. 

A week of fives days, Sunday thru Thursday goes for the special rate of $200.

A week of seven days, Sunday thru Saturday goes for the special rate of $300.

Check in Time is 3:00 PM and Check out Time is 11:00 AM

·          $45 non-refundable reservation fee is required  to reserve your stay. 
·           Rates are for first 4 adults unless otherwise specified. $10 per night each additional adult. Children stay free! 
·           Reservations are guaranteed only with a valid credit card. MasterCard and Visa accepted.
·           On arrival date your credit card will be charged the full reservation amount minus the $45.00 deposit
·           Four or more night reservations require first nights deposit. 
·           Pets allowed with an additional fee of $10 per day.
·           Failure to comply with NO PET policy will be a $50 per day charge. 
·           Absolutely NO SMOKING inside. Failure to comply will be a $50 per day charge. 
·           Missing or damaged items will be charged to your credit card. 
·           There will be a $50 charge for returned checks
·           Retreat rules will be placed in the House. Failure to comply can result in a fee being charged. 
·           Retreat is to be left tidy. All dirty dishes should be put in the dishwasher and dishwasher ran before leaving the Retreat. 
 Refrigerator is to be emptied of all food guests have brought with them and trash tied up and taken
 to outside containers. Failure to comply with the cleaning rules WILL result in an excessive cleaning fee.  
 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY: 
 • Minimum 7-day notice required on cancellations. 
 • A charge equal to one nights stay will apply with less than 7 days notice. 
 • All cancellations require a direct confirm. 
 • NO cancellations can be made by email or phone messages!
 • Cancellations made less than 48 hrs prior to your scheduled arrival are considered "NO Shows" and charged 100%.
